A legal agreement has been stipulated between Vivila s.a.s.- the society
that owns Vivi Salerno - and the trades included in the magazine, agreement
that expresses the trades' will to be present in Vivi Salerno and to adhere
to the discount coupons programme comprehended in the above mentioned
magazine.

Vivila s.a.s. does not accept the responsability of those trades who will
not perform the undersigned duties, as the closing down and the transfer of
property of a trade are not under Vivila s.a.s.' s control.

We invite our customers to inform us, by email, about any failed attainment
noticed.

All contents (e.g. logo, graphics) present in this pubblication are
property of Vivila s.a.s.
Therefore, non content can be reproduced and/or changed without the
expressed and in writing acceptance of Vivila s.a.s.
